David Frank is the Head of Information and Instruction Services/Deputy Head of the CEU Library. He has experience with public services, instruction, library licensing, and open access. From various positions in the past he knows libraries from different perspectives: Patron, librarian and information company employee.
He is a former scholar of Hans Böckler foundation.
