I have recently obtained my bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Organization at the FH Wien der WKW.
The emphasis of my bachelor thesis was on the effects performance management tools and systems would potentially have on the employee's performance motivation. Furthermore, it was brought into question how these tools and systems should be designed, which requirements were to be fulfilled e.g. if the measurement parameters should be quantitative or qualitative ones, in order to have a desired, positive effect on an employee's motivation.
As for HR relevant experience, I've had the chance to gather experience in the payroll department at a multinational engineering and technology company as well as in the area of employee administration at a payment and transactional services company.
