Dr. Lydia Wazir-Staubmann is Director of the OSUN ExEd Hub at CEU. As an experienced university professor, executive coach and leadership trainer, she has designed and developed a variety of hybrid training solutions (e-learning, instructor-led training, virtual training sessions, and self-study programs) to support pariticpants in their personal and professional growth. She has also designed blended learning and leadership programs for international organizations such as the UNODC, NGOs and for the private sector. She is a certified scrum product owner as well as a resilience and train-the-trainer instructor and holds workshops on resilience, positive intelligence, coaching skills for leaders, motivating teams for high performance, and other leadership skills topics. Lydia has also gained valuable experience as an entrepreneur, having founded and run a successful business for over 5 years before joining academia.
