Miranda Wu has joined the Department of Sociology and Social Anthropology at CEU as an Assistant Professor since September 2019. She received her Ph.D. in Sociology and Quantitative Research Certificate at the University of Connecticut in 2019. She has an MA in Sociology from Western Michigan University and a BA in History from Shanghai University. Her research interests span a wide range of topics, including stratification and inequality, immigration and globalization, work and labor markets, and urban development. She also brings expertise in quantitative research methods.
