Sebastian Litta works at QuantCo, a Boston-based data science company. Before joining QuantCo in 2016 he was a partner at a strategy consulting company in Hamburg, Germany, where he advised universities, foundations, and private sector clients. He taught German politics as a Robert Bosch Visiting Lecturer at Lomonosov University in Moscow and still teaches Negotiation at LEAD in Berlin. Sebastian Litta studied politics, economics, statistics, and Russian language and culture at Freie Universität Berlin, Duke University, St. Petersburg, Harvard and at MIT. At Harvard he worked as a teaching assistant to negotiation expert Brian Mandell.
